I get this Error when I try to generate Data Dictionary for “AdventureWorks DB”
"The Server principal "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE" is not able to access the database 'AdventureWorks" under the current security context.

You need to add that user ("NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE") as a user on the database and give him system administrators rights. Or you could give him read / write rights to each of the database individually to be more secure.
The easiest way to do this is from Enterprise Manager select the Security folder, add the user, and then give him system admin rights.
